When you have booked an appointment with your home school, please bring as many of the following documents as possible. If you are missing any documents, please still attend your appointment. Our staff will work with you and help guide you through the next steps.
We will make copies for our records and return all original documents to you. There is no need to have your documents translated before your visit.
We are here to support you and make the registration process as simple and smooth as possible. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to your new school community.
Passport
Please bring a passport for each family member who is registering, if available.
Immigration documents
Bring any immigration or status documents you have, such as a Permanent Resident Card, Landing Card, Work Permit, Student Visa, Refugee Status document, or any related paperwork.
Birth certificate
Please bring a birth certificate for the child or children you are registering.
School records
Report cards or transcripts from your child’s most recent school are helpful.
Proof of address
Bring a document that shows your home address in Niagara, such as a letter, bill, or lease.
Ontario Education Number (OEN)
If your child has an OEN, please bring it. It is okay if you do not have one.
Support documents
If your child has an IEP, IPRC, or may need additional support at school, please bring any related documents.
