EdVance Outreach is designed for young adults who are not currently in high school. Work in a supportive learning environment, both in person and online.

You must

• Be 18-21 years old
• Not be currently enrolled in high school

Registration – open until May 2026

What you get

• Supportive learning environment for mature learners
• Credit recovery options available
• Co-op education may be available if you are currently employed

How the year works

• The school year is divided into 8 equal parts called Octomesters
• Each Octomester focuses on one or two courses
• These courses will be applied to your Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)

2025-2026 Octomester dates

• Sept 29 – Oct 27
• Oct 28 – Nov 24
• Nov 25 – Jan 5
• Jan 6 – Feb 3
• Feb 4 – Mar 4
• Mar 5 – Apr 9
• Apr 13 – May 7
• May 11 – June 8

Locations and times

All three locations share the same weekly schedule:

• Mondays and Wednesday in person from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays online from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
