The Adult English as a Second Language (ESL) program is a provincially funded program that helps newcomers to Canada improve their English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
There is no cost to this program for those eligible.
You belong in this program if
- You are 18 or older
- You want to improve your English skills
- You are new to Canada

We offer morning and afternoon classes Monday to Friday.
You can choose to study half-day or full-day.
When can I join?
You do not need to wait until September. You can join classes anytime!
Where are classes held?
We offer classes in Niagara Falls year-round, with additional classes in St. Catharines in the summer.
